• Courses: Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course requirements as defined by the Academy.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees for consultations and courses must be paid in advance.
Refund Policy: Once a consultation is completed or course materials are accessed, fees are generally non-refundable. For cancellations before the service starts, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and proprietary techniques taught at the Academy, are the intellectual property of Niilesh Zadd and Prathamesh Numerology Academy. Unauthorized distribution or copying is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prathamesh Numerology Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or guidance.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
